Who we are

Pumptides is operated by Pumptides Ltd, a private limited company. Throughout this document "Pumptides", "we", "us" and "our" mean Pumptides Ltd. "You" means the visitor, account holder, or buyer using the site.

Pumptides is an authorised reseller of research compounds manufactured by Alluvi Labs in the United Kingdom. Alluvi Labs is a separate legal entity. Pumptides handles storefront, payments and worldwide logistics; Alluvi Labs handles synthesis, formulation, filling and quality control.

Who can buy

By placing an order you confirm:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are purchasing for laboratory research or in vitro studies only.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
• Import of the products into your jurisdiction is lawful, and you accept responsibility for any duties, customs declarations, or licences required at destination.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our sole discretion if any of the above is in doubt.

Research-use-only basis

Every product listed on Pumptides is supplied strictly for laboratory research and in vitro studies. The products:

• Are not pharmaceuticals, supplements, cosmetics, or food.
• Are not approved by the MHRA, FDA, EMA, or any other regulator for human or veterinary use.
• Are not to be administered to humans, animals, or any living subject.

If you misrepresent the purpose of your order, you are in breach of these terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities. We cooperate with lawful requests from regulators.

Orders and contract formation

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we accept the order, which we do by sending an order-confirmation email or by dispatching the goods, whichever is earlier. Until then we may decline an order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, suspected misuse, or sanctions screening.

We reserve the right to cancel an order after acceptance if we discover a manifest error in price, description, or stock. In that case we refund the full amount paid to the originating wallet.

Payment and pricing

We accept SOL, USDC, and $PUMP on the Solana mainnet through Solana Pay. Prices are listed in GBP and converted to the chosen settlement asset at the prevailing rate displayed at checkout. Conversion rates may shift between page load and on-chain confirmation; the amount transferred at the moment of signing is final.

Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, the order is final. We do not have the technical ability to reverse on-chain settlements. Refunds for damaged, lost, or non-conforming orders are issued in the originating asset to the originating wallet, as set out in the Refund Policy.

Where you pay with $PUMP, an automatic ten percent discount is applied at checkout. The discount is enforced by the smart-contract reference attached to the order.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within one UK business day of payment confirmation, in plain packaging from our UK fulfilment partner. Transit times are listed on the catalogue page and are typical windows, not guarantees.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, customs holds, or carrier failure beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk

Title to the goods passes to you on dispatch. Risk of loss or damage in transit passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Tracked carriers are used as standard so that loss or damage can be evidenced.

$PUMP token

$PUMP is a Solana SPL token issued by Pumptides as a utility token. It exists to provide checkout discounts, governance signal over the catalogue, and a discretionary revenue share for top holders.

$PUMP is not a security, share, debt instrument, derivative, or investment contract. It carries no profit promise, no fixed yield, and no claim on the assets of Pumptides. The token may rise, fall, or go to zero. Do not buy $PUMP with money you cannot afford to lose. We do not solicit purchase of $PUMP in any jurisdiction where doing so would require registration with a financial regulator.

Discounts and revenue-share distributions are at the discretion of Pumptides and may be amended or paused on reasonable notice.

Wallets and security

You are solely responsible for the security of your Solana wallet, including private keys and seed phrases. Pumptides never asks for your seed phrase, and we will never request it through any channel. Treat any such request as a phishing attempt.

Pumptides is not custodial. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your funds at any time other than the moment of settlement on-chain.

Intellectual property

The Pumptides name, logo, and the design and code of this site are owned by Pumptides Ltd. You may not copy, frame, scrape, or republish the site or any part of it without our written permission, except for ordinary browser caching and short fair-dealing quotation.

Product photography and Janoshik analytical certificates shown on this site originate with Alluvi Labs and are used with permission under our reseller agreement. Their use is granted to Pumptides only and does not extend to third parties.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or the products for any unlawful purpose, including human or veterinary administration.
• Resell products without our prior written consent.
• Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or bots that interfere with normal site operation.
• Attempt to probe, attack, or reverse-engineer the checkout flow or the smart-contract reference system.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, jurisdiction, or research purpose.

Breach of this section is grounds for immediate cancellation of any pending order and a permanent block on future orders.

Warranties and disclaimers

Products are supplied on the basis that they conform to the specification published on the relevant catalogue page and to the manufacturer's analytical certificate (Certificate of Analysis) for the lot supplied. We make no other express warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including those of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement) are disclaimed. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is capped at the price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of research data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pumptides Ltd, its officers, employees and agents against any third-party claim arising from your misuse of a product, your breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the home page and on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change is taken as acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
